I think most of us by this point know sugar and alcohol are both terrible for us. But since it’s such a huge part of our culture, they are both pushed pretty hard on us which makes us believe it’s ok to consume regularly. But cutting it out of your day-to-day life can be incredibly eyeopening and may even show you what feeling good actually feels like. This podcast is a reminder of how sugar and alcohol effect the body and the damage they can both do. And to chat about some of the best ways to cut it out of your diet!
