Why Gut Health is So Important For Your Skin (+ a discount!)

I talk about skin all.the.time on the blog because it’s something I think about daily. I’m always checking my skin to see how it’s changing, if I’m having flare-ups, or why it looks different. But at the end of the day, if my diet isn’t adequate and my gut health isn’t optimal, it’s going to show on my skin.
